RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Pimple Pen™. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For defective products, please contact hello@pimplepens.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

WARRANTY & DISCLAIMERS

Limited 30-Day Warranty
Your Pimple Pen™ is backed by a 30-day limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If a defect arises within 30 days, email warranty@pimplepens.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will replace or refund your product. Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

  • For cosmetic use only.

  • Not a medical device.

  • Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Do not share tools between users for hygiene reasons.

Legal Limitation:
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pimple Pen LLC’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
