Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
Typical delivery times (after processing):

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days depending on customs
Delivery delays can occasionally occur during high volume periods or due to carrier issues.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pimple Pen™ is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses or carrier errors.
Once the order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
If a package is lost, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to hello@pimplepens.com — we’ll do our best to assist.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your product arrives damaged, email hello@pimplepens.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll send a replacement or refund once verified.
International Shipping
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot predict or reimburse these charges.
Delays due to customs inspections are outside our control.
